• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

5.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by incorrect addresses, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories
• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

6.3 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
