Below, you’ll find all the details you need about how we ship your orders and handle returns.

Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring our festive LED lights to your doorstep. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience!

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Twinkly products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
  • Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on C7 SMD LED Bulbs (all variants: Faceted, Faceted Twinkle, Frosted Smooth) once the packaging has been opened. These are considered personal use items and cannot be resold.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Louisville facility at the address below. Use a trackable shipping service, as return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the return is due to our error).

Remember: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the packaging. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the requested replacement item. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (e.g., 5mm Wide Angle Conical LED lights not working), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
