At Twinkly Sales Shop, we want your holiday decorating experience to be as magical and stress-free as possible. Just as our Wide Angle Conical LED lights are designed to bring brilliance to your celebrations, our returns policy is designed to provide peace of mind with every purchase.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on C7 SMD LED Bulbs (all variants: Faceted, Faceted Twinkle, Frosted Smooth) once the packaging has been opened, as these are considered personal use items that cannot be resold.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Louisville facility at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important: Please include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the packaging. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the requested replacement item. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as our 5mm Wide Angle Conical LED lights not working properly), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you, and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
